Helping high performing men feel present, clear and grounded again.

Coaching for business owners, leaders, and fathers who are carrying a lot and want to feel more like themselves at work and at home.

Helping men who run a business create the work and home life they started the business for with more calm, clarity, and connection, without sacrificing success or who they are.

What begins to change

This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing harder.

It’s about creating enough space that you can lead, decide, and show up without constantly carrying the weight of everything on your shoulders.

Over time, men I work with often notice things like this:

Internally

  • Less overwhelm and less reactivity

  • Fewer thoughts running in the background

  • Decisions feeling clearer and less emotionally charged

In the business

  • The business no longer feeling like a reflection of their worth

  • Feedback being easier to receive without taking it personally

  • More trust in themselves as leaders, even when things aren’t perfect

  • A steadier relationship with pressure, cashflow, and responsibility

At home

  • Being more present without forcing it

  • Work staying at work more often

  • More patience, availability, and connection with the people who matter most

At its core, this supports something simple but deeply important:

Creating the business and home life you started the business for.

Not by doing more.
But by standing differently in what you’re already doing.

How we work together

I offer one-to-one coaching for business owners who feel the responsibility of their business deeply and want a steadier way to work and live.

Our conversations aren’t about performance, fixing problems, or pushing for more.

They’re a place to slow things down, talk honestly, and look clearly at what’s happening beneath the surface  at work, at home, and internally.

This is personal development with practical application in business and leadership.

Some people come to reset patterns, regain clarity, and reconnect with themselves during a demanding season.
Others choose ongoing support as their business and life continue to evolve.

There’s no set path you have to fit into.
Before anything begins, we’ll have a simple conversation to see whether working together feels right.

"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience." – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

What's holding you back?

1. I’ve never done coaching before — what can I expect?
Totally normal. This coaching is grounded, practical, and built around real life. You won’t be asked to perform or be anyone other than who you are. We start where you are and build from there with tools that fit into your day, not disrupt it.

2. Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While we might touch on emotional awareness, the goal is not to unpack your past but to help you create the future you want with more presence, calm, and clarity.

3. I’m already busy. Will this add to my load?
Not at all. In fact, most clients say this work helps them create more space not less. Sessions are fortnightly and support is available in between. The tools are designed to simplify and support your life, not add pressure.

4. What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s okay, most men I work with start in that exact place. You don’t need a perfect answer to begin. The process will help you uncover what’s underneath and reconnect with what really matters to you.

5. Do I need to believe in anything spiritual for this to work?
No. While some practices are rooted in mindfulness or presence work, everything is shared in a grounded, real-world way. This is about helping you feel more like yourself, not adopting any beliefs or practices that don’t fit you.

Coach Bio

My journey into coaching began nearly 10 years ago when I was looking to improve my landscaping business.

What started as a practical search for better business skills quickly became something deeper a journey into personal growth and self-awareness.

Along the way, I was introduced to ideas and practices that helped me question long-held beliefs about how I needed to show up, react, and lead.

Breathwork, grounding, and reflection became daily tools not just for business, but for how I showed up at home, in relationships, and within myself.

Over time, I noticed that the biggest shifts weren’t coming from doing more, but from learning how to be more present in what I was already doing.

Today, my coaching is practical, grounded, and built to meet you where you are.

No fluff. No fixing.
Just tools, perspective, and space to shift the way you lead, relate, and live.
